Updating your Information

Please remember that we would like you to notify us when:

  • You have a new mailing address
  • You change your email address
  • You phone number changes
  • The size of your household changes
     
To update your information please contact us at anne.lambert@ipsos.com with your 8 digit ID number and your old and new contact information.

Refer a Friend

If you have friends and family who are interested in joining the Ipsos Consumer Panel of Canada, please send them to this site so they can join now.

Members Joining/Leaving

The dynamics of the family unit is continually changing. If you have new members joining (for at least three months) or leaving the nest, write us at anne.lambert@ipsos.com, providing their name and date of birth and we will adjust your file.

Request Removal

If at any time, for any reason you choose not to be a member of the Ipsos Consumer Panel of Canada, you can request to have your membership terminated. Please send us an e-mail to anne.lambert@ipsos.com with your name, and ID # and we will promptly remove you from our panel. Please remember, you can rejoin any time!
