Updating your Information

Please remember that we would like you to notify us when:

  • You have a new mailing address
  • You change your email address
  • You phone number changes
  • The size of your household changes
     
To update your information please contact us at anne.lambert@ipsos.com with your 8 digit ID number and your old and new contact information.

Refer a Friend

If you have friends and family who are interested in joining The Consumer Panel of Canada, please send them to this site so they can join now.

Members Joining/Leaving

The dynamics of the family unit is continually changing. If you have new members joining (for at least three months) or leaving the nest, write us at anne.lambert@ipsos.com, providing their name and date of birth and we will adjust your file.

Request Removal

If at any time, for any reason you choose not to be a member of The Consumer Panel of Canada, you can request to have your membership terminated. Please send us an e-mail to anne.lambert@ipsos.com with your name, and ID # and we will promptly remove you from our panel. Please remember, you can rejoin any time!
